Our swim clinics are one or two day sessions that immerse a swimmer in a self reflective learning environment. We use video analysis to highlight key areas of technique in order to provide the swimmer with specific methods of improvement. Each clinic includes a land based session. These may involve workshops relating to strength and conditioning, nutrition, sleep and performance lifestyle.
These sessions are organised at a mutually convenient time for both swimmer and coach. A private coaching session allows the swimmer to spend more detailed time on areas of their technique that need to be enhanced. They include video analysis feedback which the swimmer keeps for future reference and further development.
All phases are 60 min private classes. Our team will communicate with the swimmers before the sessions to better understand the swimmers needs.
A coaching programme is a 6 week package tailored to the individual athlete. This may range from pool programmes to open water events or triathlons. After a consultation meeting to discuss goals, the athlete is given weekly sessions to complete at a convenient time and location. Our coaches are available on a daily basis for athletes to contact relating to their programme and specific needs. The package also includes three one hour private clinics working on skill and technique.
